We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders of $800 or more to 48 states of US.

Next Day Shipping!

Next day shipping is guaranteed for Expedited and Overnight shipping methods. Our goal is to ship all Economy orders within next 24 hours. However in busy season, we recommend our customers to choose Expedited shipping.

Shipping Methods

Currently we are shipping via UPS, FedEx and USPS. All shipments come with tracking numbers.

All of products are shipped from different warehouses in United States. The estimated shipping time is our processing time and the shipping delivery time combined.

Monday - Friday (except public holidays)
This is applicable for processing orders and shipping carriers as well.

Shipping to APO/DPO/FPO addresses and PO boxes

We ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses and PO boxes using USPS. Please note that all the products may not be available to ship via USPS.

International Shipping

Yes! We now ship to most of the countries around the world. Though we do support international shipping for most of our products, some of the products may not be available to ship overseas. Please feel free to contact us to know more about international shipping methods.

Order changes

Generally, the customers should assume that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. However, if the customer contacts the GalaxorStore.com customer service department as soon as possible with a change request, it may be occasionally possible to amend the order.

Return Policy

At GalaxorStore.com, we realize that all sales may not be final. Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of goods.

We can not accept return of the following product categories.

  • Opened Apparel or Costumes
  • Opened Toys
  • PC Games & Video Games (CD/DVD)
  • Software
  • And products marked as "non-returnable" in the description

To initiate a return it is mandatory to contact our customer service by email to have a return authorization (RA/RMA) number for return within the warranty period of your item. No returned products will be processed without prior authorization from our office.

Any return for a refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and service charge/handling fee (depending on the product).

We do not refund shipping cost and you need to pay for the return shipping cost too.

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you.
